You shouldn’t have to guess whether your CPAP therapy is effective. Your machine collects valuable information every night — but understanding what that data means isn’t always straightforward.

That’s why we created the Online CPAP Treatment Review.

In a focused 30-minute 1:1 video consultation, a qualified Sleep Physiologist will review your CPAP data, explain what your results mean, identify any potential issues and provide personalised recommendations to help you get more from your treatment.

A simple, expert review — giving you clarity and confidence in your CPAP therapy.

Not sure if your CPAP is working?

Not sure what your CPAP needs? Start here

Whether you’re due for your annual CPAP review, have questions about how your therapy is going, or simply aren’t sure which programme is right for you — this appointment is a great place to start.

During your 30-minute 1:1 video consultation, a qualified Sleep Physiologist will review your CPAP data, discuss your current experience and identify any areas that may need attention. We’ll look at your therapy, mask performance, comfort and overall progress to give you a clear picture of how your treatment is going.

If everything is looking good, you’ll leave with reassurance and practical recommendations to continue your therapy. If we identify areas that could be improved, we’ll explain what they are and recommend the most appropriate next step — whether that’s simple troubleshooting, our CPAP Optimisation Programme, or another service that better suits your needs.

Frequently asked questions

Who is the Clinical Treatment Review for?

It’s ideal if you’re already using CPAP and want a professional review of your therapy. It can be used as an annual check-in, to address specific concerns, or as a starting point if you’re unsure what support you need.

Do I need to know which programme I need before booking?

No. That’s one of the main purposes of this review. We’ll assess your current therapy and help determine whether you would benefit from further support, such as our CPAP Optimisation Programme.

What information do I need to provide before my appointment?

You’ll need access to your CPAP therapy data so we can review how your treatment has been performing. We’ll also ask about your current experience, sleep and any concerns you’d like to discuss.

Can I use this as my annual CPAP review?

Yes. The consultation can provide a convenient annual review of your CPAP therapy, including your treatment data, mask performance, comfort and any concerns you may have.

What happens if you identify a problem with my CPAP therapy?

We’ll explain what we’ve identified and provide personalised recommendations. If your needs require more in-depth support, we can recommend the most appropriate next step or SleepStart programme.

What if I’m still tired after?

Optimising your CPAP therapy can help ensure your sleep apnoea is being treated effectively, but tiredness can have many possible causes. If your CPAP therapy is optimised and you’re still experiencing significant daytime tiredness, it may suggest that sleep apnoea isn’t the only factor contributing to your symptoms. We can help identify when further assessment with your doctor or sleep specialist may be appropriate.
